Systems that hold. Events that land.
Events and operations are not an obvious combination; but they run on exactly the same thing. Someone who shows up prepared, keeps everything moving, and refuses to let things fall apart. I have been that person at a family reunion, ballrooms and boardrooms, in nonprofit crisis mode, for couples who want to enjoy their own wedding and business owners who are tired of holding everything together by memory. Two very different rooms. Same magic.
Dynomadic LLC · Community Events
Characterized by constant change, activity, or progress.
A person who does not stay long in the same place. A wanderer.
Two people. One business.
I did not build my career in one place.
I grew up one of eleven kids in a house of thirteen. Systems were not optional; they were how we survived. That instinct followed me into every room I have ever worked in. Large corporations, small boutiques, a cargo trailer Ben and I converted by hand and lived out of for two years on the road, a Spokane nonprofit through COVID when everything else was falling apart, and a decade building my own business from the ground up. Every kind of pressure. Every kind of stakes. Turns out when you have done everything, you get pretty good at fixing anything.
On the event side I have held together a boutique Houston venue, a 40-vendor nonprofit expo, recurring community events, and weddings where the couple actually got to be guests at their own celebration. That last part is the whole point. I show up prepared, calm, and completely in control so you never have to feel any of it. The chaos is mine. The joy is yours.
Ben is Dynomadic’s co-founder. He built the cargo trailer by hand; cut the windows, spray foamed the interior, installed the systems, and made it a home on wheels. He spent two years on the road and the better part of a decade building and running our business alongside me.
He is not taking clients. But he shows up when I needs muscle for a room flip, an extra set of hands on a long event day, or an honest opinion on a hard problem.
Mission. Vision. Values.
Making room for joy by planning what matters and fixing what’s broken.
A business that funds an extraordinary life, not one that consumes it. Built deliberately, grown sustainably, and always pointed toward something bigger than the work itself.
Dynamic because what we build is flexible and not something you can find duplicated. Nomadic because freedom of movement was always the point. We work where the work is.
We say what we mean, do what we say, and price what our work is worth. We do not perform professionalism, we practice it. If we cannot do something well, we say so and refer out.
Systems are not constraints. They are what make it possible to step away and trust that things will not fall apart. We build that for our clients and for ourselves.
We know what we are good at. Operations and events. We do not drift into territory we have not earned and we refer out when something falls outside our scope.
Whether it is a policy library, a wedding day timeline, or a compliance calendar, everything that goes out under the Dynomadic name is handled and designed with care.
Every business decision gets filtered through one question: does this serve the life we are building? If the answer is no, it is a no.
We work where the work is.
Remote, on-site, or somewhere in between. If your business needs operational infrastructure or your event needs someone to hold it together, reach out and we will figure out the right fit together.
