Booking Terms

What to expect when you book.

Retainer — A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. It is earned upon receipt and is not contingent on the event taking place. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Consultation — All packages include one pre-event planning consultation up to one hour.
Travel — Travel within Spokane County is included. Elsewhere in Eastern Washington and North Idaho: $0.76 per mile. Western Washington or overnight travel: quoted individually based on distance and event timing.
Cancellation (30+ days out) — Retainer is non-refundable. Remaining balance will not be due.
Cancellation (under 30 days) — Retainer is non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the retainer will be billed at the contracted hourly rate.
Custom packages — Custom packages available. Contact Erin directly.

Dynomadic LLC is fully insured and every client receives a signed services agreement before any work begins.
