Management Workshop

Half or full day workshops for spray foam business owners and field supervisors. Production management, crew leadership, quality control, and the operational habits that scale a trades business.

Supervisor Skills Development

A multi-session program for field supervisors developing into operational leaders. Communication, accountability, quality oversight, and the practical skills that make a supervisor someone a crew actually follows.

Production Culture Development

Helping spray foam operations build a culture where quality, safety, and accountability are the standard rather than the exception.

05 Contractor Startup Support
New Contractor Startup Consultation

For spray foam contractors launching or formalizing their business. Equipment selection, product sourcing, licensing, insurance, SPFA certification guidance, and the technical foundation that gets a new operation off the ground correctly.

Licensing & Compliance Roadmap

A clear picture of what licensing, certifications, and compliance requirements apply to your operation by state and trade.

SPFA Certification Guidance

Ben is SPFA certified and active in the industry. He can walk new contractors through the certification process, what it covers, what it costs, and why it matters for building credibility in the spray foam market.

Who Ben is SPFA Certified

Career in the field. Not in a classroom.

Ben entered the spray foam industry as a teenager and built his career from the ground up. He has worked in and around spray foam operations for years, across multiple states, on everything from residential to commercial to industrial applications. He is SPFA certified, actively networked in the industry, and credible in the space in a way that only comes from doing the work.

He has built rigs from scratch, trained crews of all skill levels, troubleshot equipment failures in the field, and helped new contractors launch their operations correctly. He knows what good spray foam work looks like because he has done it, and he knows what bad spray foam work costs a business because he has seen that too.

When Ben works with a contractor, he brings the kind of technical knowledge and honest perspective that you cannot hire from someone who learned the trade in a conference room.
